Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • We do not accept refund requests for items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect handling.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Send us an email at rwpsaddamshopify204@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the refund.

  • Once approved, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized/custom products
